To build the villa L'Olivera 4 we did not want to compromise its impressive natural environment, in one of the quietest areas of the resort. For this reason, we join forces with a world-renowned architecture studio, RCR Arquitectes, to develop an architectural concept that respects the integrity of the natural environment. The health and well-being of the people is at the heart of this project, and the house they have designed offers its owner a comprehensive life experience. RCR Arquitectes has worked with the landscape to achieve a fusion between housing and nature that promotes well-being. The landscape architecture thus created combines open spaces of different sizes with the lake as a constant reference point. Water is a central element of the concept and is considered a meditative thread that runs through L'Olivera. The house seems to be suspended in the air, and the water flowing from the pool entrance forms a relaxing river that leads us inside and accompanies us throughout the house. Each space invites its inhabitants to connect with nature.
