To build the villa L’Olivera 4 we did not want to compromise its impressive natural environment, in one of the quietest areas of the resort. For this reason, we join forces with a world-renowned architecture studio, RCR Arquitectes, to develop an architectural concept that respects the integrity of the natural environment. The health and well-being of the people is at the heart of this project, and the house they have designed offers its owner a comprehensive life experience. RCR Arquitectes has worked with the landscape to achieve a fusion between housing and nature that promotes well-being. The landscape architecture thus created combines open spaces of different sizes with the lake as a constant reference point. Water is a central element of the concept and is considered a meditative thread that runs through L’Olivera. The house seems to be suspended in the air, and the water flowing from the pool entrance forms a relaxing river that leads us inside and accompanies us throughout the house. Each space invites its inhabitants to connect with nature.
L'entorn de La Selva
La Selva s’estén des de l’interior fins al litoral, amb municipis com Blanes o Lloret de Mar a la Costa Brava. Santa Coloma de Farners, la capital, és un centre administratiu i comercial. La comarca combina vida rural, boscos i zones turístiques costaneres.
